Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

As a Digital Asset Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the control, management, formatting, and archiving of digital media assets for our clients and internal teams.

Your missions

• Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, including ingestion, organization, and archiving
• Ensure proper control and access to media files across platforms and teams
• Oversee media management processes, including metadata tagging and format conversion
• Maintain digital asset repositories and ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize asset workflows and usage
• Monitor asset quality and integrity, implementing best practices for storage and backup
• Support internal and client teams with asset retrieval and distribution
• Stay updated on digital asset management trends and technologies

Your profile

• Experience in digital asset management or media management
• Proficiency with digital asset management tools and platforms
• Familiarity with metadata standards and format conversion processes
• Academic background: information technology, media, or related field is a plus
• Fluent English & Italian.
• You demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills
