Digital and Omnichannel Marketing Lead EMEA

We are seeking a data-driven, digitally minded and highly autonomous talent to own and elevate our key platforms – BD.com, Learning Academy, Showpad, Social Listening and GenAI. With at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM or analytics, strong Salesforce skills, and a solid understanding of the B2B funnel, you bring structure, curiosity and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital initiatives across SM EMEA to strengthen our omnichannel maturity.
  • Build and maintain a cohesive digital ecosystem aligned with business and brand strategy.
  • Drive BD.com development: UX improvements, new pages, product visibility, roadmap ownership.
  • Manage BD Learning Academy: platform administration, user access, engagement tracking.
  • Deploy Showpad, GenAI and Content Factory platforms; train clusters and monitor adoption.
  • Ensure high-quality lead management in Salesforce: setup, monitoring, reporting, data hygiene.
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Capture market and customer insights through Social Listening and digital analytics.
  • Deliver regular reporting that connects digital activity to commercial impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, data analysis or CRM management (MedTech/Healthcare a plus).
  • Proven ability to independently manage and advance digital projects.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms (Showpad, CMS, etc.) and strong interest in GenAI.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and knowledgeable about the B2B funnel.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, highly organized, proactive and service-oriented.
  • Passionate about digital innovation and its impact on omnichannel performance.

Salary Range

$55,000 – $88,000 Annual
