Activities:
As a Digital Analyst, you will turn use behaviour and funnel data into clear, actionable insights that drive continuous conversion improvement across our web & app channels both in acquisition and in-life. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of analytics, performance, conversion and content specialists, where you will ensure that our marketing engine scales both fast and sustainably. You combine strategic vision with hands‑on action: you know how to push for quick wins while also laying the foundation for long‑term structural growth. Responsibilities:
Acquisition funnel analysis identifying drop off points and opportunities for improvements Co-hold tracking/tagging strategy through fundamentals (events, conversions) and implementation Study on page user behavior preparing the session recordings hit maps click buttons to uncover friction points and usability issues backup Translate data and behavioral insights into clear actionable recommendation for the Content Marketing Specialists Partner with the performance and commercial leader to analyse paid traffic quality and its impacts on downstream conversion Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reporting track funnel health and conversion KPI's over time Support the design of A/B tests by providing data data backend hypothesis and post test analysis Required skills:
Experience of at least 5 years in the role Ability to manage critical situations through good decision-making skills Degree in field Digital Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Economics Knowledge of the English language Knowledge of analysis in user digital behaviour (APP&WEB) Knowledge of the following software: Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Optimizely CMS, Hojtarù Contract offer:
