With more than 10 years of experience and a consolidated reputation within the European Business Aviation Association and the National Business Aviation Association, we manage over 1,000 charter flights per year across more than 80 countries , delivering 24/7 operational excellence and premium service standards.
With operational offices in Milan we are currently operating internationally and are looking for an Ads Specialist with strong technical expertise in performance marketing , capable of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns and working closely with our internal marketing team.
This role requires a highly analytical and technical profile , focused on data, conversions, and performance.
The position is office-based in Milan , working directly with the marketing team and management.
The Role
The Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing and scaling paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads .
The role requires a professional capable of analyzing competitors, identifying high-performing keywords, optimizing pay-per-click campaigns, and improving conversion performance across the entire marketing funnel .
The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager, developers and the internal marketing team to continuously improve campaign results and lead generation performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube)
- Management and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns (lead generation, conversion campaigns and retargeting)
- Advanced keyword research and search intent analysis to improve campaign performance
- Competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize bidding strategies
- Continuous optimization of PPC campaigns to maximize conversion rate and reduce acquisition cost
- Monitoring and improvement of KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversion rate
- Structuring and optimizing acquisition funnels and remarketing strategies
- Implementation and monitoring of tracking systems (GA4, Tag Manager, Pixels, Conversion API)
- A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages
- Collaboration with the internal marketing team to improve landing page performance and campaign results
- Preparation of periodic performance reports and data-driven optimization strategies
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a technical Ads specialist , not a generic marketing profile.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in pay-per-click advertising, keyword strategy, conversion optimization and performance analysis .
The role requires a professional capable of working directly on campaigns, analyzing data and continuously improving acquisition performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search and Performance Max in particular)
- Advanced knowledge of keyword research and PPC optimization strategies
- Experience analyzing competitors and search market dynamics
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation strategies
- Experience monitoring KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate
- Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking systems
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work closely with developers and marketing teams
- Good command of English
