DIEL process engineering -Internship

YOUR ROLE

The position is for an internship in Chemical Vapor Dielectrics (CVD) process engineering group in ST Agrate 300mm Wafer Fab, a fully automated fab that aims at creating the future of the semiconductor industry. The CVD group manages and develops the processes and tools for deposition of insulating films through CVD techniques.

With the support of an internal tutor, the internship goal is to boost your talents, focusing on the following tasks:

• Management of tools installation, from preliminary documentation drafting to tools acceptance and release in production
• Guarantee tool uptime and performance (e.g. by contributing to tool alarms and hold lot management)
• Ensure process robustness and stability (e.g. by contributing to equipment control plan and space control chart improvement)
• Improve tool and process performance (e.g. by thought analysis and optimization)
• Develop new processes (e.g. by working on new projects with process development group)

Your skills & experiences

• Master degree (Scientific degree: Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Engineering)
