Didactic Quality Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced teacher to take on the role of Didactic Quality Supervisor in our new MYES Point in Mantova from March 2026.

The Didactic Quality Supervisor is responsible for the following:

1.Teaching in school and online activities

2.Lesson observations and structured feedback

3.Initial Teacher Training

4.Ongoing Teacher Training

You must have permission to work in the EU or a valid work permit for employment in the EU.

• CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent.
• A degree or evidence of further study is preferred.
• At least one year of experience, including online teaching.

- Excellent organizational skills

- Reliability and attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Time management

This is a great opportunity for a teacher to make a first step up into management.
