Diagnosis Junior Software Developer Automotive*

Responsibilities

• You will work in close contact with After Sales department, working on the software development and testing of the vehicle diagnostic tools for the workshops.
• You will design the diagnostic software in order to provide a simple, clear and effective interface for the workshop technicians.
• You will work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, engineering responsible and system specialists for collection of engineering information required for diagnostic functions and repair suggestions development.
• You will be responsible for the development activity planning according to the vehicle milestones.
• You will test the diagnosis software on the car in order to verify the correct functionalities.
• You will develop automatic testing tools or control unit diagnostic protocols.

Qualifications

• You have a technical degree in Electronics or Informatics Engineering
• You have basic experience in software/firmware development and software testing (C, C++, Python, LabView, …).
• Knowledge of automotive electric/electronics systems, including vehicle architectures, vehicle busses and technologies in general is as plus
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostic protocols (KWP2000, UDS) is a plus.
• You have a strong passion for cars and automotive business in general, with a special focus on new technologies, trends and innovation.
• You have good planning and self-management skills, and you are used to achieving of goals in prearranged deadlines while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
• Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
