Job Description Dolce & Gabbana is offering an exciting career opportunity within its in‑house Beauty Division. The Beauty Division is looking for a proactive, organized and multitasking Planning Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who want to take the next step in their careers and oversee the full cycle of planning and supply chain processes.
The Supply Planning Specialist will ensure the steady flow of goods from the business to the markets and the fulfillment and shipment of orders according to designated timeframes. In addition, the role will work closely with Operations partners to help meet service level goals for the Commercial Organization. The position reports to the DG Beauty Planning Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Create, validate, and implement the production plan for Make‑Up products.
Schedule, maintain, and follow up on production plans for assigned subcontractors.
Work on NPD with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are launched on time.
Create and maintain Purchase Orders and Production Orders in SAP.
Monitor and evaluate KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing actions to improve performance.
Prepare strategic and ad‑hoc analyses to monitor stock levels and out‑of‑stock risks.
Requirements
Master’s degree required.
3 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Languages: Fluency in Italian and English.
Experience with Power BI and SAP is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated analytical proficiency with an understanding of financial and operational impacts.
Ability to manage high volumes of data, handle manual tasks, and work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Trustworthy, can handle confidential information and maintain a professional attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams and functions (team player mindset).
Proactive attitude.
Offer
Contract type: Indefinite.
Working hours: Full‑time.
Relevant National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Moda Industria Tessile.
Remuneration will start from €40K, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; technical and specialist skills relevant to the role; demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; classification under the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement; and consistency with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
