Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the luxury fashion industry, is offering a unique opportunity within its Beauty Division EMEA team.

We are looking for a Junior Trade Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join our dynamic and creative environment.

About the Role:

Based in Milan and reporting directly to the EMEA Trade Marketing Manager, the Junior Trade Marketing Specialist will support key trade marketing initiatives across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the EMEA Trade Marketing Manager in daily activities collaborating with GTM, media and marketing teams.

• Collaborate with the local teams maintaining a regular communication and providing daily business support.
• Consolidate and align cross-countries trade marketing plans.
• Manage Trade Marketing activities related focusing on the relevant markets.
• Collect and organize both quantitative and qualitative data, including sell-out performances, media performances and marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements & Competencies:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management.
• Strong interest in and curiosity for the beauty sector.
• Fluent in English;
  additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in a multicultural and international environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.

This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave.
