Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is looking for a Go to Market Retail Intern to support the Fashion Boutiques Go to Market Team in operational and coordination activities, contributing to business priorities and continuous process improvement, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and hands-on learning.

Main responsibility areas

• In-store retail activities: support the organizational coordination of boutique activations (personalization, masterclass, events etc), with direct exposure to daily execution, priority monitoring, and collaboration with field teams.
• Launches – Orders: support the operational management of launches, FFF flows, and orders, ensuring follow-up, coordination, and execution quality.
• Reports: prepare, update, and monitor reporting tools to support the team and operational decision-making.
• Other Activities: provide cross-functional support on team activities, project follow-ups, and ad hoc requests.
• Visual Merchandising : Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders on VM activities, balancing global guidelines with local business needs.

Key skills

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration

Working hours: Full-time

Compensation: €600/month + ticket restaurants
