Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for a motivated and proactive Influencer Marketing Intern to join the EMEA Communication Team .
The intern will support the team in the execution of influencer marketing activities across the EMEA region, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international and luxury environment.
This internship offers the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of Influencer Marketing strategies in the beauty industry, working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and regional markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will support the EMEA Influencer Marketing Team across multiple activities, including:
- Coordination and execution of Influencer Marketing projects , including review of influencer lists, campaign coordination, tracking, review and monitoring of campaign content , to ensure consistency with brand image, tone of voice and overall Brand communication guidelines.
- Planning and execution of EMEA events with Influencers, including logistics coordination, materials preparation and post-event reporting.
- Competitive analysis, industry research and performance reporting for influencer campaigns.
- Providing organizational and administrative support to the team, including meeting coordination, calendar management and preparation of presentations and recap documents.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or currently completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar fields .
- Strong interest in communication and influencer marketing , ideally within luxury, fashion or beauty.
- Fluent in English
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with social media platforms; analytics tools are a plus.
