For our in‑house Beauty Division, we are looking for a Business Analyst Intern.
The Business Analyst in the Beauty sector supports the company’s strategic and operational decisions through the analysis of market data and commercial performance.
They report to the Sales Director and collaborate with the marketing, trade, and finance teams, acting as a key point of reference for the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales at SELL-IN level and share insights within the Italy team.
- Monitor the Beauty market (SELL-OUT) using Circana data or internal platforms.
- Support the sales team.
- Support the marketing team in evaluating product launches.
- Prepare periodic reports for the commercial and marketing departments (sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, profitability).
Key requirements & Competencies:
- Degree in Economics or Management
- Fluent English and Italian
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Humble attitude with healthy ambitions
- Good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office
- Power BI (o altri software di BI)
- SAP (utente base)
