Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, automated testing, and deployments across multiple environments (dev, staging, production).
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for environment provisioning and configuration (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Automate deployments to staging and production environments, including release management and versioning strategies.
- Monitoring & Observability: configure metrics, logging, and alerting to ensure performance and system stability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Security) to optimize software delivery, software quality, and security.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and its core services (compute, networking, storage).
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and with observability practices (monitoring, logging, alerting).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) and a strong focus on automation and DevOps culture.
- Diploma of Higher Technical Institute or Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
