DevOps Engineer (Italian C1 mandatory)
to join the team of a leading insurance group with a pan -European presence – headquartered in Bologna – currently implementing cutting -edge IT solutions for the automotive sector
Key responsibilities
- Design & manage CI /CD pipelines to support automated build , test & deployment processes
- Collaborate with development & QA teams to ensure seamless integration & delivery of software components
- Implement & maintain container orchestration platforms (OpenShift )
- Develop & maintain automation tools & scripts (Python and/or Java )
- Ensure system reliability & performance through monitoring , observability & performance tuning (Grafana , Prometheus , ELK & New Relic /OpenTelemetry )
- Contribute to the configuration & deployment of infrastructure (Helm & Kustomize )
- Support the integration of event -driven systems (Apache Kafka & MQTT Broker )
- Collaborate with front -end teams (Angular ) for back -end integration (basic familiarity required)
- Contribute to code quality assurance (SonarQube -like)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role
- Solid understanding of distributed architectures , microservices & event -driven systems
- Proficiency in CI /CD pipeline development & shell scripting
- Exposure to IoT protocols & high-level network architecture
- Experience with performance testing & system tuning
- Collaboration tools : Jira , Confluence
Location: Hybrid – 2 out of 5 days in Bologna
