Device Packaging Consultant – Milan (3-4 months, Flexible FTE)
Are you a production and packaging specialist with hands-on experience in injectable devices or nasal sprays ? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your problem-solving skills make a real impact on product launches?
We are looking for a Device Packaging Consultant to join a leading manufacturing site in Milan . This is a short-term assignment (~3–4 months) with flexible hours (0.5 FTE upwards), starting ASAP .
What you’ll do:
- Create technical drawings connecting machines and packaging.
- Support assembly and line modifications to match client requirements.
- Identify creative solutions to resolve bottlenecks and keep projects on schedule.
- Engage with global clients to discuss packaging options and negotiate solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- Production experience in secondary packaging for injectable syringes or nasal sprays .
- Background with a packaging/CDMO service provider , ideally in a client-facing role .
- Experience working with global customers .
- Strong problem-solving examples (STAR) showing ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Korean speakers are strongly encouraged to apply if outside Italy.
