Coversol is one of Italy’s leading Independent Power Producers for mid-scale photovoltaic projects (up to 1 MW).
With 30 MW in operation and 60 MW under development , we are entering a strong expansion phase. In 2026 alone, we aim to develop 70–90 MW — and this is only the beginning.

We are looking for a Development Manager who wants to actively shape and scale a renewable energy platform — not just manage projects.
Your Mission
You will take full ownership of PV project portfolios from acquisition to ready-to-build and work closely with our COO, development, legal, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new PV project opportunities
- Negotiate and close preliminary surface agreements
- Manage grid connection requests (including ENEL)
- Lead permitting processes and coordinate documentation
- Interact with public authorities to accelerate approvals
- Coordinate with construction managers to ensure buildability
- Optimize development processes as we scale
Your Profile
- 2–3+ years experience in renewable energy project development in Italy
- Strong knowledge of permitting and grid connection processes
- Engineering degree (or similar technical background)
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take ownership
- Fluent Italian and good English
