ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Kerten Hospitality Development across Italy, with a focus on hotels and branded residences.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities in key Italian destinations.
  • Manage the full development cycle, from lead generation and feasibility to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Support the preparation and negotiation of management, franchising, and branded residence agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, developers, and key local partners in Italy.
  • Support branded residence projects, working with partners on concept positioning and value creation.
  • Conduct high-level market and financial feasibility assessments to support expansion decisions.
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams on tailored pitches and business plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Italian hospitality and residential markets.
  • Represent Kerten Hospitality at industry events and act as a brand ambassador in Italy.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of the Italian hospitality development and investment markets.
  • Proven experience working with hotel management agreements, including commercial terms and key legal covenants.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with owners, developers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Italian required.
