EUC L1 FTE Requirement – Parma, Italy
It will begin with a three-month dedicated FTE model and then transition into an on-demand/designated support structure.

Experience: 2-3 years of Experience as Desktop Support Engineer

Customer JD:
- Support user onboarding by preparing laptops for deployment, managing onsite spare devices, and issuing equipment to users on an on-demand basis.
- Hardware requests, returns, and device setup
- Workstation maintenance
- Basic LAN/WLAN support – This is needed in the first few weeks of onboarding; this will also happen in phases.
- Hardware inventory and documentation
- Local coordination with vendors
- Local laptop and end-user issues
