Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (Italian Speaker) | EU Based


We are looking for a customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to manage end-user support and IT workplace services. This role involves hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing tools, along with providing VIP user assistance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Windows 10, O365, and standard desktop applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, printers, mobile devices (iOS/Android)
  • Manage IT assets, inventory, and device lifecycle
  • Provide support for Teams/VC equipment
  • Coordinate with Service Desk, L2/L3 teams, and vendors
  • Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)


Skills Required:

  • Experience with tools like SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow
  • Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
  • Excellent communication and customer handling


Requirement:

  • Italian citizenship or fluent Italian language skills (mandatory)
