Position: Desktop Support – Intune SME
Location: Parma, Italy ( 5 days onsite)
About the Role
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (Intune SME) with strong expertise in End-User Computing (EUC) to join our team in Solihull. The role involves managing large-scale laptop and desktop infrastructures, providing advanced support, and assisting with SCCM to Intune migration projects .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for laptops, desktops, and end-user devices.
- Manage and support Intune environments across large-scale infrastructures.
- Support and lead SCCM to Intune migration projects (preferred).
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues related to Intune, SCCM, and EUC.
- Monitor and maintain device security, policies, and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve EUC operations and end-user experience.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience in desktop/end-user support with expertise in Intune.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM to Intune migration (preferred).
- Solid background managing large-scale laptop/desktop infrastructures .
- Knowledge of device compliance policies, patch management, and app deployment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
