Skill Set: Deskside Support Technician Level 1
Position: Full Time Employment (FTE)
Language: English & Italian (Both C1 certified)
Contract: Service Agreement
Day per week: 5 days per week
EUC L1 FTE Requirement – Parma, Italy
1) It will begin with a three-month dedicated FTE model and then transition into an on-demand/designated support structure.
2) Site Address: Via Segrè 5/A, 43122 Parma, Italy
3) Experience: 2-3 years of Experience as Desktop Support Engineer
(Project Start Date: January 15, 2026)
Customer JD:
1) Support user onboarding by preparing laptops for deployment, managing onsite spare devices, and issuing equipment to users on an on-demand basis.
2) Hardware requests, returns, and device setup
3) Workstation maintenance
4) Basic LAN/WLAN support – This is needed in the first few weeks of onboarding; this will also happen in phases.
5) Hardware inventory and documentation
6) Local coordination with vendors
7) Local laptop and end-user issues
