Designer - Sost. Maternità

DAINESE , a global leader in protective solutions for motorcycling and dynamic sports, is looking for a Designer to join our R&D Dept on a maternity cover contract .

ROLE & RESPONSIBILIES :

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting market and trend research to support collection and product development;
  
• Defining graphic briefs at both collection and individual product level;
  
• Developing innovative product concepts and graphics through hand sketches and 2D/3D design software;
  
• Selecting colors, materials, and finishes in line with brand identity and product positioning;
  
• Supporting product development by defining technical specifications and collaborating closely with R&D and cross-functional teams;
  
• Creating 3D files for rapid prototyping;
  
• Managing the graphic development of product packaging.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Design;
  
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within structured sportswear/apparel companies (considered a plus);
  
• Fluency in English;
  
• Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent);
  
• 3D modeling skills for prototyping purposes;
  
• Proficient use of MS Office Suite;
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  
• Results-driven mindset;
  
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  
• Passion for Motorcycling and Outdoor Sports.
