Design Trainee (Hospitality) - Milan based

We are looking for a Design trainee to be based in our office in Milan who will work closely with the Design team for Europe, North Africa & Turkey supporting in the different phases of the Hotel and Food & Beverage design process, from feasibility and concept studies to opening.

Main responsibilities

• Preparation of Mood Boards and general presentations
• Test Fits and preliminary layouts
• Review of shopdrawings and Fit-Out projects
• Support in the selection of FF&E and finishing materials
• Compilation of technical standards and preparation of Brand Design Guidelines
• Documentary control

Qualifications and requirements

• Currently completing studies in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Possibility to stablish and internship agreement with your University .
• Preferably, be available to start in March/April 2026
• 40h/week internship from Monday till Friday
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• 6 months internship
• Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, In Design and knowledge of 3d modelling software is an asset.
• Able to manage multiple projects at a time and ability to adapt easily in fast-paced environment with deadlines.
