Design Strategist

As a Design Strategy team, we:

· Create strategy that shapes the future of Sustainable Mobility Globally through Electric Vehicles

· Analyze business challenges and develop creative solutions that are rooted in real insights

· Enhance communication between different departments and disciplines to create alignment and efficiency in the design process.

· Conduct creative sessions, including brainstorms, and strategic or co-creative workshops to spark creativity, define product features, research, or inform project or brand directions.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including exterior, interior, UX/UI, CMF designers, brand teams, engineers, market analysts, and project managers to deliver innovative and successful vehicles in tomorrow's market.

· Move things from ambiguity to clarity.

As a member of this team, you will:

· Create a clear and coherent story by bringing together different parts like strategic consideration of customer experience, project priorities, design features, business objectives, and roadmaps; and show how they lead to measurable results.

· Develop comprehensive brand strategies, including brand positioning, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking

· Create visual and tangible storytelling to share your findings, influence stakeholders, and create energy around an idea or initiative.

· Find practical ways to collect insights and measure market trends, audience preferences, and the competitive landscape.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends in branding, marketing, and consumer behavior.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

· Supervise strategy for Marketing, Advertisement and PR campaigns when needed;

including content creation, channel selections target selection etc.

· Gather and Analyze Data to find actionable insights

Who are we looking for?

· 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, design consultancy or a similar role - ideally from consultancy or research field but we are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, we value experiences developed in many ways, not just those developed through specific degree programs or conferred by credentials

· A good understanding of design principles, market trends, user preferences, technological advances, challenges, and opportunities in the market

· Effective, confident and convincing communication skills in English with well-developed writing, editing, and visual presentation skills

· The ability to adapt quickly to change and being comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic organization

· Self-starter with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines

· Has a good understanding of content creation and editing techniques

· Rational, data-driven thinking

· Courage to experiment and act proactively

· Innate curiosity to explore and learn always more

· Experience with User Research, Chinese Market, Global Automotive Market or Luxury/Premium brands are a plus
