Job Overview
We are seeking a Design Specialist to join our Milan office and contribute to innovative, high-impact projects within our Design division.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of architectural projects, with particular focus on detail and design quality.
- Preparation of feasibility studies and design concepts.
- Drafting of detailed design projects and preparation of building permits.
- Support in urban planning and territorial development.
- Collaboration with the design team, contributing to the development of ideas.
- Independent and accurate management of assigned tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines and required quality standards.
- Degree in Architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field.
- Previous experience or strong aptitude in urban planning.
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and design quality.
- Proficiency in design tools and dedicated software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite).
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Precision, autonomy, and ability to efficiently manage design activities.
