Job Overview

We are seeking a Design Specialist to join our Milan office and contribute to innovative, high-impact projects within our Design division.


Key Responsibilities

  • Development of architectural projects, with particular focus on detail and design quality.
  • Preparation of feasibility studies and design concepts.
  • Drafting of detailed design projects and preparation of building permits.
  • Support in urban planning and territorial development.
  • Collaboration with the design team, contributing to the development of ideas.
  • Independent and accurate management of assigned tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines and required quality standards.



Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Previous experience or strong aptitude in urban planning.
  • Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and design quality.
  • Proficiency in design tools and dedicated software (e.G. AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite).
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Precision, autonomy, and ability to efficiently manage design activities.
