Design Co-ordinator | Hybrid/Remote

One Works is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join the team in our office in Milan.

The activity consists in:

• Support the activities of the BIM manager
• Support the activities of the design leader
• Support or draft the BEP, oGI, pGI
• Support BIM implementation within the single project
• Support and coordinate the internal team and the external consultants
• Manage the clash detection activity
• Model checking activity
• Support to update the company’s standards
• Working within a team in various types of projects and at all levels of design
• Coordination with professionals in other business areas and any external disciplines
• Attend and contribute to project meetings

Job requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Experience in management of BIM models: use of the digital model in design phase to implement its level of geometric and informative development
• General knowledge of the operational functions of BIM Authoring software and Code & Model Checking
• Experience in the field of engineering
• Excellent knowledge of the Autodesk Revit
• Ability to create and manipulate Revit families
• Knowledge of the parametric design environment
• Knowledge of Dynamo
• Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks
• Knowledge of Nemetschek Solibri
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a team
• Eager to learn more digital technologies and innovations to make design and implementation processes more efficient.
