Founded in 1993, ALCIMED is an Innovation and New Business consulting firm, specializing in innovative sectors: life science (food, biotech, healthcare), energy, aeronautics, chemistry, cosmetics, materials, space and defense. Our mission is to help our clients in the private and public sectors to explore and develop their uncharted territories including new technologies, innovative products and services, new usages and business models, innovation management, new geographies, and possible futures. We are a team of 200 people with degrees from the best universities and international schools, most possessing a dual background in science and business. We have five offices in Europe, one in the United States and one office in Asia.   • We will train and accompany you to develop your portfolio of industrial players, as well as SMEs and start-ups. Setting up and executing a business & marketing plan to approach new prospects and to build your client portfolio;
  • Meeting clients and identifying their business needs and issues. Defining, along with our project managers, the appropriate methodologies and elaborating commercial proposals to best answer our client’s needs;

Responsibilities and Career Progression

Once you have proven your abilities to generate sustainable businesses, you become a Business Unit Director and you develop your own activities by managing your own team of consultants, business development managers and project managers, ensuring your clients satisfaction. Above all, you seek to give a meaning to your career by integrating a demanding company where you will sell missions with high intellectual added value which will contribute to the development of innovative solutions at our clients.

Position on permanent contract based in Milan, Italy.

Italian description (summary): ALCIMED is a consulting company focused on innovation, development of new business and sustainability, operating in key industrial sectors. Our activity includes marketing, strategy and R&D at the interface between science and business. We aim to expand our activity in other countries and develop an international team. We seek to hire a Business Development Manager to continue developing our activities in the health sector in Italy. The role involves exploring and developing uncharted territories in the pharmaceutical and health sectors, exchanging ideas with senior decision-makers, and building a high-level network.

  • Ti formeremo e ti accompagneremo nello sviluppo del tuo portafoglio di clienti nel settore farmaceutico. Definiremo e implementeremo un business plan e un piano di marketing per approcciare nuovi potenziali clienti e costruire il tuo portafoglio clienti;
  • Definiremo, insieme ai nostri project manager, le metodologie appropriate ed elaboreremo proposte commerciali per rispondere al meglio alle esigenze dei nostri clienti;

Note: Grandi prospettive di sviluppo professionale — Una volta dimostrate le tue capacità di generare business sostenibile, e creare un network ad alto impatto, diventerai Direttore di Business Unit e svilupperai le tue attività gestendo il tuo team di consulenti, business development manager e project manager. Hai una laurea magistrale (in ambito scienze della vita) e sei un vero venditore (di spirito e con prima esperienza)!

Soprattutto, desideri dare un senso alla tua carriera integrandoti in un'azienda esigente, giovane e dinamica, dove venderai missioni ad alto valore aggiunto intellettuale che contribuiranno allo sviluppo di soluzioni innovative per i nostri clienti.

Parli fluentemente inglese (francese è un plus). Lavoro con contratto a tempo indeterminato, richiesta presenza in ufficio a Milano e disponibilità a viaggiare presso le sedi dei clienti in Italia.
