Our Business Services Value Stream comprises several individual Value Teams that deliver outcomes to our Business Services team. These teams include all resources, skills, and capabilities required to plan, code/configure, build, test, release, deploy, operate, and monitor our solutions.

As a Lead / Principal Consultant in the Value Team, you will be a key contributor to the Derivatives / Collateral outcome.

We seek individuals with a strong business and technical background.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Full value chain delivery of Business Services
• Contributing to standardization of Business Services solutions
• Driving transformation processes and incorporating new ways of working
• Implementing Business Services projects
• Collaborating with stakeholders along the value chain, including Solution Architects
• Improving and automating processes along the Business Services value chain (building, testing, deploying)
• Continuously learning and developing yourself and your team

What We Value

To onboard quickly into this role, we expect you to have the following competencies:

• Knowledge of derivative products (e.g., swaps, options, futures, forwards) across asset classes (equity, fixed income, FX, commodities)
• Experience designing and building technical solutions for trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, margining, collateral management, and settlements
• Familiarity with industry-standard platforms (e.g., TriOptima, MarkitWire, Acadia, FXAll, Cassini)
• SimCorp Dimension knowledge is a plus
• Experience with SimCorp Integration Model (‘SIM’), Communication Server, DEX, and DFS is advantageous
• Knowledge and experience in programming/testing, with technologies such as JSON, XML/XSLT, SQL
• Project management knowledge and experience is a plus
