Deputy Quality Control Manager

THE ROLE

• Manage and develop the QC team: activity planning, training, and performance evaluation.
• Supervise investigations and manage deviations/OOS.
• Draft and review GMP documentation.
• Monitor compliance with GMP regulations and ICH guidelines.
• Lead and support Operational Excellence projects.
• Manage product stability programs.
• Collaborate with other departments (QA, RA, Production).
• Assume the responsibilities of the QC Manager in their absence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
• 5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical/API GMP environment (quality control preferred).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and ICH guidelines.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• GMP documentation drafting/review skills.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Preferably Experience in quality systems implementation.
• Preferably Knowledge of instrumental analysis techniques.
