Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production plant, ensuring high standards of quality and full compliance with
- Coordinate production activities within the plant and optimize processes in terms of efficiency and line performance;
- Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects in collaboration with the HSE Manager;
- Lead and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs in line with group strategies;
- Identify critical areas and implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives;
- Contribute to the expansion of business lines in accordance with the needs of specific markets and sectors.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent education;
- Proven track record in senior plant management roles;
- Solid experience in industrial contexts with a strong operations background;
- Demonstrated leadership skills, proactivity, and authority, gained in consolidated managerial positions;
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial environments with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail;
- Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm;
- Fluency in both Italian and English is required;
