Experteer Overview
In this role, you will co-lead the European HR function, translating global and China HQ frameworks into practical, scalable HR solutions for Europe. You’ll partner with senior sales leaders to drive organization effectiveness, workforce productivity, and compliant growth across 20+ jurisdictions. You’ll enable rapid market entry, support dealer network expansion, and shape a high-performance culture aligned with European expectations and Chinese principles. This role sits at the intersection of business expansion, sales enablement, and cross-cultural integration, offering high impact in a fast-scaling, cross-border environment.

- Manage complex employee relations and engage with works councils in key markets
- Oversee competitive and compliant compensation structures and sales KPI-aligned incentives
- Oversee payroll governance through external providers
- Build scalable HR processes and drive GDPR-compliant data management
- Bridge Chinese HQ and European teams through cross-cultural leadership
- Represent HR at leadership level and drive execution in ambiguous environments
Responsabilità
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with multi-country European scope
- Experience leading HR teams across multiple countries
- Proven track record as strategic HR leader / senior HR business partner to sales-driven organizations
- Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling teams in growth environments
- Solid expertise in European labor law and employee relations across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience in cross-cultural environments, ideally with Asian/Chinese companies
- Strong business acumen balancing commercial priorities, people strategy, and compliance
