Deputy Boutique Manager (M / W) - Milan Store

Purpose

In cooperation with the Boutique Manager, your mission is to effectively manage the team to achieve sales targets, pro-actively support management to ensure both short and long-term goals are achieved, provide and maintain a high level of customer service resulting in a positive brand experience and repeat sales, and act as a key ambassador of TAG Heuer.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in the efficient running of the store on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor and report sales information to head office
  • Support the team in clienteling and CRM activities and monitor their performance
  • Ensure the team maximizes sales by effectively managing resources and by providing a high quality of service to all customers
  • Achieve and maintain mystery shopper targets
  • Check stock levels on a regular basis, report any stock or security issues to head office
  • Open and close the boutique and ensure all the team are aware, and follow the security procedures
  • Merchandise displays and ensure high standards are maintained within the boutique
  • Ensure accounting procedures are followed and reported timely and accurately
  • Follow finance policies and regulations in relation to cash payments and VAT refund claims
  • Support the planning and managing of staff rotation, overtime, holidays and monitor sickness
  • Support the Boutique Manager on team coaching and performance review
  • Support training and inductions
  • Support relationships with store suppliers, agencies, and central management
  • Implement brand training plans and support the development of brand knowledge within the team
  • Motivate and develop the team
  • Attend and contribute to retail events
  • Support and collaborate with sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams to achieve brand plans, objectives and successful in-store events
  • Provide in-store aftersales service working with the aftersales teams to achieve a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Support, adhere to and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Profile

  • Retail management / supervisory experience in a similar or luxury industry
  • Proven sales results and achievement of objectives
  • Proven experience of effectively managing / supervising a team
  • Experience of analyzing data and producing reports
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making skills
  • Results orientated and pro-active
  • Customer focused, able to handle customer complaints and queries in a highly professional manner
  • Organisational and delegation skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work flexibly, embrace and manage change
  • Able to coach, manage and motivate store team
  • Microsoft Office proficient, Cegid mastery would be a plus
