JOB MISSION
As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she efficiently assists the Boutique Manager in ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client services & experiences. Additionally, he/she contributes to developing and optimizing boutique performance and profitability by coordinating the boutique team and directly managing part of it. The role also involves instilling a continuous improvement mindset and optimizing boutique flows for clients and staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Boutique Operations & Administration
- Responsible for the back-office and administration of the boutique.
- Ensures timely execution and delivery of all boutique reports.
- Oversees boutique expenses.
- Implements all brand and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manages the Back-Office Executive as a direct report.
- Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
- Assists the Boutique Manager in delivering high-quality, professional client service.
- Supports the implementation and monitoring of ROI on CRM programs and actions.
- Acts as an ambassador of the Maison and helps build direct contact with VIP clients.
- Boutique Performance
- Assists in diagnosing performance based on analysis, competencies, and environment to define action plans to meet sales targets.
- Leads the implementation and monitoring of these action plans.
- Helps optimize boutique performance and profitability by breaking down targets into manageable goals.
- Monitors boutique KPIs.
- Team Management & People Development
- Responsible for onboarding and training new team members.
- Coordinates, trains, coaches, and motivates the boutique team daily.
- Monitors individual objectives and evaluates performance under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
- Supports personal and talent development.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Boutique Assistant and the After Sales team.
SKILLS
Well-structured with good analytical skills, organized, autonomous, with confirmed management experience. Experience in boutique retail is required, not necessarily in the luxury sector. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
