About The Role We are looking for Depot Specialists to support the daily operations of autonomous vehicle (AV) and robotaxi fleets across Europe.

As a Depot Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring autonomous vehicles are clean, fully charged, inspected, and operationally ready for daily deployment. Working from a dedicated robotaxi depot, you will support vehicle preparation, fleet readiness, inventory management, and day‑to‑day depot operations that enable safe and reliable autonomous ride‑hailing services.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, are highly organized, and thrive in fast‑paced operational environments. No previous experience with autonomous vehicles is required – training will be provided.

By joining our team, you will contribute directly to the successful launch, operation, and scaling of robotaxi fleets and autonomous mobility services across multiple European cities.

Key Responsibilities Fleet Readiness

Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations

Ensure every vehicle is cleaned, inspected, charged, and deployment‑ready before the start of each shift

Verify the cleanliness and condition of cameras, LiDAR, radar, mirrors, sensors, windows, and vehicle interiors to support optimal self‑driving system performance

Perform pre‑deployment and post‑shift inspections following established operational procedures

Monitor battery levels and charging schedules for electric autonomous vehicles

Depot Operations

Support daily robotaxi depot operations by coordinating vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging

Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes

Organize parking areas to maximize operational efficiency

Maintain depot cleanliness and ensure work areas comply with safety standards

Coordinate vehicle availability with Safety Operators, Technicians, and Operations Leads

Vehicle Support

Perform basic vehicle functionality checks before deployment

Verify tire condition, lighting, fluid levels, charging equipment, and general vehicle condition

Identify cosmetic damage or operational issues requiring technical inspection

Escalate maintenance concerns to Senior Technicians or SDS Specialists

Support vehicle recovery and transportation activities when required

Inventory & Logistics

Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, charging accessories, PPE, and operational equipment

Track inventory usage and report replenishment needsReceive deliveries and organize depot storage areas

Assist with logistics supporting fleet expansion and new depot launches

Documentation & Compliance

Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet readiness reports

Record vehicle status, charging information, and operational observations

Follow depot safety procedures and company operational standards

Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase fleet availability, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency

Requirements Essential

Valid driver’s license

Comfortable driving both electric and conventional vehicles

Good organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer literacy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required

Upper‑intermediate English

Preferred

Experience in fleet operations, logistics, warehouse operations, automotive detailing, or transportation

Experience working with electric vehicles (EVs)

Basic mechanical knowledge

Experience supporting 24/7 operational environments

Forklift certification or logistics experience is an advantage

No previous robotaxi or autonomous vehicle experience is required – we provide comprehensive training on depot procedures, vehicle preparation, and fleet operations.
