WHAT TO EXPECT

• Management of
  a department including responsibility for sales
• Direct personnel responsibility for your team and training of junior staff
  
• Ensuring friendly and professional customer service in your department
  
• Ongoing assortment analysis and optimization of the space design through implementation of visual merchandising specifications
  
• Close cooperation with purchasing to fine-tune the assortment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Several years of management experience, ideally in the FMCG, service or textile industry
• A successfully completed business education
  
• Enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
  
• Strong customer and service orientation
  
• A high degree of commitment, initiative and hands-on mentality
  
• Analytical skills and organizational strength
  
• Good knowledge of German and/or English
