What We Are Looking For
We are seeking new team members to join our part‑time evening team at La Cupola and provide our guests with an authentic and unforgettable luxury experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests during the evening service in accordance with established performance standards and the service sequence defined for the outlet.
- Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items on the La Cupola evening menu .
- Prepare for service, including mise‑en‑place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning, and other assigned tasks.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests.
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties.
- Be flexible whenever possible in meeting guests’ special requests for specific methods or ingredients in food and beverage preparation.
- Work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues and other departments.
