Job description Support the
transformation
of the end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning landscape, contributing to process excellence, business integration, and digital enablement initiatives across the organization.
The role will work closely with
Business, ICT, and Global Supply Chain
teams to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of new tools, methodologies, and ways of working. This position offers broad exposure to Supply Chain planning activities and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the assessment, mapping, and documentation of end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning processes, ensuring consistency and clear identification of improvement opportunities.
Contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying, harmonizing, and standardizing planning processes across different functions, systems, and organizational areas.
Identify process inefficiencies, operational pain points, and improvement opportunities, supporting the implementation of continuous improvement actions and best practices.
Act between Business stakeholders and ICT teams , helping translate business requirements into functional specifications and supporting the delivery of digital solutions.
Collaborate with Global Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with corporate methodologies, governance models, planning standards, and transformation programs.
Contributes to the definition and monitoring of process performance indicators, providing insights on process effectiveness, planning quality, service levels, and operational performance.
Activities, helping embed new processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization.

Technical Skills
Engineering Degree or similar experience
At least 5 years of experience
Supply Chain Planning Knowledge: Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply & capacity Planning, Production planning
Process Mapping & Business Process Management: Experience in documenting, analyzing, and redesigning end-to-end business processes using structured methodologies.
Business & ICT Integration: Experience working at the interface between business functions and technology teams, supporting solution design and implementation.
Performance Management & KPI Design: Knowledge of planning and supply chain KPIs
Data Analytics: Ability to analyze large datasets to support decisions and process improvements.
Advanced Excel & Reporting Tools: Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI
Project Management: Experience supporting cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Required English proficiency: minimum B2 level
Offer
Salary range: from 45.000 € to 51.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
