Demand Planner

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor demand trends in the relevant market, working closely with Customer Service and the Sales team.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of the forecast.
• Contribute to maintaining appropriate inventory levels across the distribution network, ensuring the right balance between service level, coverage, and product mix.
• Participate in assortment-related projects (new product launches, relaunches, range reviews, etc.).

Your profile:

• Preferably a degree in economics or a technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in forecasting and/or inventory planning processes.
• Strong teamwork skills, a proactive approach, and motivation to achieve objectives.
• Fluent knowledge of English and/or Italian and German.
• Global Mindset: Working in an international environment
