Key Responsibilities:


1. IT Project Management

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and control complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans , including resource allocation, task prioritization, and milestone tracking.


2. Technical Oversight

  • Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and architectural standards .
  • Collaborate with technical teams to validate solutions and identify areas for improvement.


3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication , status reporting , and issue resolution across all project phases.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.


4. Risk & Change Management

  • Identify potential project risks and scope changes proactively.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans .
  • Ensure change management processes are well-documented and approved.


5. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams , ensuring clear task allocation and accountability.
  • Drive team performance to meet project objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Required Experience

  • 8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT Project Management , Technical Delivery , or Digital Payments .
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end IT solution delivery within complex enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience in Digital Payment Gateway systems is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English (mandatory).
