Join the Delivering Deal Value Team! Within PwC Delivering Deal Value team you will help reshape the strategic horizons of our clients, creating value and generating opportunities. You will support private equity funds, multinational corporations and family-owned businesses and financial institutions. Responsibilities
- Operational Due Diligence: critical review and assessment of the actual and potential operations capability, limits and performance. For example, you will assess the production efficiency, quantify the production capacity and related scalability in case of volume growth, critical review of key operational KPIs, quantify the recurring and future investments needed, review the organizational structure and business processes, quantify how some operational actions or events could impact EBITDA and/or CAPEX
- Synergy Due Diligence: identify and quantify potential cost synergies coming from the integration of two or more companies
- Carve-Out Due Diligence: critical review and assessment on the carve-out entity, by quantifying the standalone EBITDA and potential one-off separation costs and identifying future separation and integration risks
- Design and implement cost efficiency measures in operations (production, purchasing and logistics), sales, organization and G&A costs
- Provide strategic support in post-deal phase for the execution of value creation actions and realization of synergies
- Design and critical review of industrial plans
- Critical review and redesign of business processes, eliminating redundant activities and proposing more efficient ones
- Provide support in defining and implementing the Target Operating Model (TOM) following an acquisition
Qualifications
- You have at least 1-3 years of experience in strategic and operations consulting or key roles on operations in corporate companies
- You hold a degree in Engineering or Economics with outstanding academic results
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
- You are flexible and open to engaging with different perspectives and working approaches
- You like to challenge yourself, work towards goals, and can perform well under tight deadlines
- You are highly motivated and looking for a career path that is fast-paced and goal-oriented
- You have strong analytical skills and proficiency with IT tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (any additional language will be considered a plus)
- You see business travel as a source of motivation
