Within the Company and Corporate Unit, we are looking for a legal advisor that should deal with the drafting, monitoring and support all the organization in interpreting the DoD and the PoA currently in place or to be issued within GHO organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and keeping update the DoD and PoA assigning permanent powers and responsibilities to AG managers
Monitoring the tool that keeps track of the DoD and PoA, as well as the matrix of powers and relevant limits
Support and contribute to the drafting of the documents that allows the AG BoD, BOSA and ODV to evaluate the adequacy of the system of delegated powers
Support other functions in interpreting the DoD and PoA issued
Liaise with competent People and Organization function to draft the Atto Risolutivo to be signed by the GCEO in front of the notary twice a year
Draft and keep update the internal rules on DoD, PoA and reporting
Manage the appointments with notary
Requirements
Experience of 1 year (at least) or 2 years (best) in similar positions
Legal and/or Management Engineering background
Strong organizational skills
Capabilities to use all available tools to ensure consistency among all the DoD and PoA issued and power’s thresholds
Capability to manage, sometimes, tight deadlines
Flexibility to evaluate innovative ways to solve problems
Excellent use of Microsoft tools
Soft Skills
Willingness to learn
Flexibility and negotiating skills
Capability to manage conflicts especially under tight deadlines
Availability to improve the knowledge
Openness to colleagues and to different perspectives
Delegation skills and capability to recognize and to correctly address priorities
What we offer We offer employment at the employee level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 41K€ and 50K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
