Dealer Parts Support Trainee – WMS Click Project Support

Within our Truck Customer Service organization, specifically in the Africa & Middle East Team, we are looking for a Dealer Parts Support Trainee to support the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) dedicated to spare parts distribution.

The trainee will work closely with the DPS AME Team, Warehouse Operations, OPS and Project Teams to support the successful transition to the new system, ensuring alignment between operational needs, processes and project activities.

PROFILE

The candidate will support the analysis and coordination of operational processes linked to the WMS implementation project, helping different departments work together efficiently during all project phases, from preparation to go-live.

The role requires a proactive and organized person with strong communication skills, able to support process alignment and monitor activities

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supporting the implementation activities related to the new Warehouse Management System go-live;
• Acting as liaison between DPS AME Team, Warehouse Operations, OPS and Project Teams to ensure alignment on operational needs and priorities;
• Analyzing current warehouse and spare parts processes to identify gaps and risks ;
• Identifying areas where the DPS Team needs to intervene or adapt processes during the transition phase;
• Coordinating follow-up activities and monitoring action plans with involved stakeholders;
• Supporting change management activities to ensure smooth process transition and operational continuity;

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Problem solving and team-work attitudes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a cross-functional environment;
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and teamwork mindset;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is appreciated.
