Role description:
We are looking for a Dealer Marketing Specialist to support our dealer network in developing and implementing local marketing strategies, in line with the brand’s guidelines and business objectives. The role will serve as a key point of contact for dealer communication and promotional activities, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and measurable results.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with dealers to plan and execute local marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Ensure alignment of activities with brand and corporate guidelines.
- Manage and optimize local digital marketing activities (social media, advertising campaigns, newsletters, dealer websites).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support the creation of promotional materials and communication tools for the dealer network.
- Provide training and guidance to dealers on marketing tools and best practices.
- Coordinate external suppliers and creative agencies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
- Knowledge of key digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Good command of both Italian and English.
