Role: DC Obsolescence Project Manager
Location: Pomezia, Italy
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to support an obsolescence project in automated distribution centers across Europe. The role involves managing technical, IT/OT, and logistics aspects, ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in GBS systems
- Expertise in ASRS technology and logistics
- Experience with ECapital and SYNQ client (Swisslog systems)
- Hands-on with WCS/WMS testing (N1b/PFM knowledge)
- Familiar with IT/OT systems and automation documentation (E&I drawings)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow , firewall rules , IT access groups
- Experience in project management deliverables (scope, schedule, sourcing, PO, invoices, reports)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support obsolescence project execution
- Conduct testing, documentation, and system integrations (WCS/WMS, IT/OT diagrams, PLCM docs)
- Manage progress reports, schedules, and stakeholder communication
- Support weekend supervision when required
- Coordinate with client teams for forecasting, funding packages, and execution strategy
