A-ICE are expanding our current IT Service Management Team! We are a young and dynamic software company, operating in the challenging and exciting market of aviation. Location: Pomezia (RM) · Work model: Hybrid, 3–4 days on-site · Industry: Airports/Air Transport

Note: No consultancy/body rental; junior/internship profiles will not be considered.

What you will do (at a glance)

Administration of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases (on-prem & cloud).

Backup/Disaster Recovery and High Availability, including periodic restore testing.

Performance tuning and support for application releases.

3+ years of experience as DBA on Oracle and/or SQL Server in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in backup/restore, DR/HA, and query optimization.

Familiarity with VMware and Windows/Linux operating systems.

Driving license (B), availability for travel (5–7%) and 24/7 on-call duty (rotating shifts).

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience); Italian + English B1+.

Nice to have

Experience in airport/airline environments.

Certifications: Oracle OCP, AZ-104 / MCSA/MCSE, ITIL.
