DataStage Administrator

Job Description

DXC Technology Italy is looking for a DataStage Administrator to join the Analytics Offering.

Responsibilities

• Install and patch DataStage and related Infosphere products.
• Monitor system performance, storage utilization and job execution.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, project configurations and related issues.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on project setups, job performance tuning and CI/CD job promotions.
• Maintain technical documentation such as runbooks and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a DataStage Administrator.
• Deep knowledge of Shell and Python scripting, ETL best practices, UNIX/Windows administration and database connections (SQL, DB2, etc.).
• Previous experience using Big Integrate is considered a plus.
• Nice to have: Infosphere certifications.

Work Location

Turin with remote work possibility and available to travel.
