Our client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Operating Model Lead to join their team on a full-time contract basis (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
Key Skills:
- Operating Model & Governance - Translate CDO frameworks into scalable operating models, ensuring governance alignment and federated flexibility across domains.
- Federated Data Activation - Drive federated model rollout, including DPO setup and steward/SME onboarding, enabling strong data ownership and adoption.
- Change Delivery & Embedding - Lead end-to-end change, ensuring business readiness, domain embedding, and smooth DP2 handover through effective stakeholder engagement and onsite collaboration.
Contract Details:
- This position will be paying up to €390 p/day
- Initial contract going up until the end of October, with likelihood to extend
- 2 days a week onsite in office in Florence, Italy
