Experteer Overview

In this role you will shape the BI strategy for the PRIMAS team, translating complex analytics into scalable insights that guide marketing and customer engagement. You will work with business stakeholders, scientists, and engineers to design experiments, build analytics solutions, and communicate recommendations to leadership. The role combines data modeling, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑team collaboration to improve customer experience and marketing efficiency. You will operate at scale on in-house analytics systems, tackling high‑impact problems that affect millions of customers.

Responsabilità

• Experience with SQL to pull data from databases or data warehouses
• Python scripting for data processing
• Forecasting and statistical analysis experience
• Data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development
• Data visualization with Tableau or QuickSight
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Matlab
• Proficiency in SQL and creating complex queries
• Ability to develop and present recommendations on new performance metrics
