Job Overview
Takeda operates two production sites in Italy for plasma-derived drugs, supporting patients with rare and complex diseases. The company transforms plasma into life-saving drugs under the national self-sufficiency of blood and its products program.
As a senior data scientist, you will spearhead local data science initiatives to enhance productivity, focusing on data availability improvement, process modeling using machine learning tools, and digital twins. You will identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in batch data, providing valuable insights into process variability, performance, and product quality.
You will offer technical support to manufacturing processes, including investigation, yield optimization, and process monitoring through advanced data analysis. Additionally, you will expand and unlock new knowledge for effective process monitoring and optimization.
You will be responsible for maintaining manufacturing-related datasets and managing investigations to support internal and/or external teams in trouble shooting and problem solving.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
